What is Gong Meditation?
Gong meditation is a powerful way to expand your consciousness and bring balance to your mind and body using vibration.

Benjamin has spent a lifetime exploring spiritual traditions searching for the unifying elements that connect us. More than 15 years ago his search led him to the gongs, which seem to be a portal for connecting with the oneness that connects and permeates all things. He has developed a unique way of playing the gongs, as well as singing bowls and other instruments, to craft an immersive sound bath experience. Benjamin lives in the Northern Chicago suburbs and hosts gong events all over the Chicago area throughout the year.
Benjamin has had the blessing of learning the ways of the gong from Richard Rudis (Karma Sonam Dorje) who grants him the rare ability to legally use the term “Gong Bath”, Mitch Nur Ph.D. (Drup Shen Pa -Bönpo title, and Ethnomusicologist), Gong Master Don Conreaux (formerly known as Baba Don and Guru Jagat. Student of Yogi Bhajan and originator of the term "Gong Bath") who granted Benjamin the title of Gong Master, and Alexandre Tannous.
Professionally, Benjamin is a Director of Online Executive Education Programs at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Previously, he has worked in creating online courses for numerous universities and corporate clients, worked as a creative director and concept artist in the video game and entertainment industries, and taught university-level visual and performance art.
